Advanced Management Skills Program (AMSP)
AMSP is geared to high potential senior executives, general managers (executives responsible for a business), senior functional managers or directors who aspire to these roles. Sessions are four days long and are held once every three months to provide an opportunity to experiment with on-the-job application. Each session is conducted in a different conference center within one hour of a major airport. The four modules focus on:
- Leadership and Self Discovery
- Innovation and Growth Planning
- Leading Organization Change
- Leadership and Culture

Global Leadership Program: Asian Edition
The Global Leadership Program explores fundamental leadership practices and tools required for personal and business success. The Global Leadership Program consists of five, one week modules that take place over a year and a half. The core curriculum provides content for each of the five modules. In addition, a pre-class survey is used to identify common themes and concerns that participants would like to focus on. In this way, each group develops a unique focus with somewhat unique, custom content. The program takes place throughout Asia.

Corporate University Programs
Corporate Universities represent a significant portion of Mahler's client work. A Corporate University is a program that is custom designed for one client. Typically, the need for talent development is driven by CEO / board concerns over the organization's ability to sustain growth and innovation. Mahler works closely with the client leadership team to define the objectives, select the content areas, identify the participants and deliver the program. Corporate University programs are taught at all management levels and include significant attention to the corporate culture and how it needs to change to meet current market needs. 100 day change projects are utilized. Each student receives many hours of personalized one-on-one coaching. Content ranges widely and often includes leadership skills, strategy development, execution, national cultures and change management. In several cases, we offer finance for non-financial managers as well as other topics. Programs range from two to five modules with each module typically spaced three months apart.

Leading Change: The Senior Executive Workshop
Leading Change, is a very sophisticated seminar led by a team of experienced general managers, consultants and academics. Groups are small and consist of high-level executives who are engaged in large-scale organization change/transformation. Participants work on their own organization challenges over the course of the four modules and learn new ways to approach their challenges through detailed case studies and visits with other organizations that have been successful at similar efforts.
